Driving Test

Well today has been one of the most nervous days I've had in a long time. This is because I took my driving test. But nerves aside I managed to pass the test, so I am really happy. I just need to find my self a small car now. But for the moment I think I need few pints of beer, so I'm off out for a drink.

Constantine

I Went to see Constantine last night, I thought the film was very enjoyable. It's one of those films were you can just switch your brain off for 2 hours and not have to think too strongly about what's going on in the film. The film is about a guy who basically goes around hunting and killing demons and tries to maintain the balance between heaven and hell. The special effects are great and there is enough action to keep you amused.

A few people after the film seemed to think Keanu Reeves acting was a bit dead pan, which I guess it was, but if you had seen as many demons as his character had, I think you would be a little dead pan too, so I don't think it spoilt the film.

The Ring 2

I have been on a bit of a cinema buzz this week. I saw The Ring2 last night and am going to see Contstantine tonight. I thought the Ring2 was pretty good, although definitely not as good as the first film. In the first film you didn't really know what to expect as the film progressed, but in the 2nd film you could tell what the premise of the film was about straight away, so there were no real surprises. Also i didn't find the Ring2 as scary as the first film, but my wife was pretty terrified, and nearly broke my fingers through squeezing my hand so tight :-)
